Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at India Paradise Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance and productivity.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, provincial/territorial liquor legislation, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, including front-of-house, kitchen, and back-of-house operations.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
