Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Exit 5ive Pub & Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, including controlling costs, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in financial management and inventory control.
