Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Foreman/Woman to join our team at Dynamic Freight Haulers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Planning and Organization: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and organize work to meet deadlines.
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Government Programs and Support: Recognize and support government programs, including providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Support for Youths and Indigenous People: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth and provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.

Dynamic Freight Haulers is a recognized employer that provides a welcoming work environment for all employees. We offer a permanent work term with 30 to 40 hours of work per week in English.
