About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team in London, Ontario. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our advisors and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and diligent support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and build strong relationships with clients by responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries and needs.
  • Provide direct support to the sales and associate teams by drafting quotes, presentations, and coordinating with external vendors as required.
  • Process new applications, complete data entry, and file documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete group enrollment and onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions for clients.
  • Monitor the processing of new applications, communicate with clients, and gather necessary information.
  • Prepare policy contracts accurately and coordinate documents and packages for new and prospective clients.
  • Book meetings and prepare documents and packages as required, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Work closely with the associate team during annual reviews and renewals, setting up calls and preparing information and materials.
  • Identify opportunities for new business with current clients and proactively engage with current and prospective clients, following up as required.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • A strong background (2-3 years) in an office environment in an administrative role.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry would be an asset.
  • LLQP license would be an asset.
  • Completion of an undergraduate or college degree or certificate program or related equivalent of work experience.
  • Expert at providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.
  • Accountable, proactive, and responsible.
  • A keen eye for details.
  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and tasks.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience with Salesforce would be an asset.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs.

Compensation

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000.
