Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at SSS Services Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of carpentry.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations, using precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials, to create precise and durable structures.
- Prepare and submit tenders and quotations for construction projects, taking into account client requirements and budget constraints.
- Build and install foundations, floor beams, subflooring, walls, and roof systems, ensuring a strong and stable structure.
- Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, paying attention to detail and quality.
- Train and supervise apprentices and other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Estimate costs and materials for projects, taking into account factors such as labor, equipment, and materials.
- 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a reputable company.
- English language proficiency as the primary language of communication.
- 40 hours per week of work, with a regular schedule.
