We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Care Professional. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Nursing Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  2. Medication Management: Safely manage medications, ensuring timely administration and adherence to protocols.
  3. Care Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective care delivery.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including progress notes and incident reports.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  2. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  3. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  4. Basic computer proficiency.
  5. Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  6. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
