Your primary responsibilities as an Oral Care Professional will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care services.
- Providing clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening.
- Serving as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients.
- Establishing and retaining patient loyalty through tailored experiences and maintaining ethical and professional behavior.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program.
- Registration as a Dental Hygienist and good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
- Valid CPR certification.
- The ability to work legally in Canada.
