Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Standard Appliances Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with appliances and other technical products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years or more of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
