Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Prudle Labs Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Private sector.
Work Environment:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
