Job Description

">Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is responsible for serving as a scientific resource for Canadian experts in the field of dermatology and related autoimmune disorders. The MSL will respond to requests for in-depth, cutting-edge scientific information from the medical community, including the latest scientific literature, research from major scientific conferences, updates on company educational activities, and pipeline research activities.

The MSL will also gather feedback and insight from scientific experts and thought leaders to inform the company's research and strategic direction. By facilitating scientific exchange between the academic community and the company, the MSL plays a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare.

Responsibilities

  2. Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with the scientific community.">
  3. Effectively communicate with scientific experts and thought leaders, providing up-to-date scientific knowledge and services that meet their needs.">
  4. Continually enhance scientific knowledge and stay current with the latest developments in dermatology and autoimmune diseases.">
  5. Support affiliate medical business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional partners.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Advanced degree in health sciences (PhD, MD, Pharm D) with 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience in dermatology.">
  • MSc in healthcare/professional designation (BScN, PT, RD, etc.) considered if 5 or more years of relevant clinical experience in dermatology.">
  • Previous MSL experience and sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.">
