Healthcare Specialist for Autoimmune Disorders

This role will serve as a scientific resource for Canadian experts in the field of Dermatology and related autoimmune disorders, providing cutting-edge information and facilitating scientific exchange between the academic community and Eli Lilly and Company.
Key Objectives:
- To develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with the scientific community.
- To communicate effectively with Scientific Experts and Thought Leaders, providing up-to-date scientific knowledge and meeting their needs.
- To continually enhance scientific knowledge and support affiliate medical business objectives.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree in health sciences (PhD, MD, Pharm D) with 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience in dermatology.
- Alternatively, an MSc in health care/professional designation (BScN, PT, RD etc.) with 5 or more years of relevant clinical experience in dermatology.
- Intellectual curiosity and intelligence about the field of immunology/autoimmune disorders.
- Critical thinking skills to appraise scientific information/literature.
- Strong presentation skills to convey complex scientific content clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with the academic community and medical research.
- Experience in professional networking with positive outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work within teams.
- Previous Medical Science Liaison experience is highly desirable.
