Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to requests for in-depth, cutting-edge scientific information from the medical community in the autoimmune field. This includes staying up-to-date on the latest scientific literature, research from major scientific conferences, updates on our educational activities, and pipeline research activities.

You will also gather feedback and insight from Scientific Experts and Thought Leaders to inform our research and strategic direction. By facilitating scientific exchange between the academic community and our organization, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare.

Objectives
  1. Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with the scientific community.
  2. Effectively communicate with Scientific Experts and Thought Leaders to provide services that meet their needs.
  3. Continually enhance your scientific knowledge to stay current in the field.
  4. Support our affiliate medical business objectives and cross-functional partners.
Basic Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An advanced degree in health sciences (PhD, MD, Pharm D) with 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience in Dermatology.
  • OR an MSc in health care/professional designation (BScN, PT, RD etc.) considered if 5 or more years of relevant clinical experience in Gastroenterology.
  • OR previous MSL experience and sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location

This role is based in Ontario/Atlantic, covering the regions of Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
