Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Representative to join our team in the Commercial Banking sector at NBC. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, managing commercial files, and working closely with various partners involved in transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Open and manage commercial files, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions.
- Develop lasting business relationships with clients through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools.
- Three-year college diploma or equivalent in a related field, plus three years of relevant experience.
- Proven customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses.
- Strong sense of initiative and autonomy.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
