Business Operations Coordinator

- At Dx Inc, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and control the budget and expenditures.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Oversee the preparation of reports.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Oversee payroll administration.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Conduct research.
- Perform data entry.
- Provide customer service.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs.
- Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
