  • At Dx Inc, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. Main Responsibilities:
    • Plan and control the budget and expenditures.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments.
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information.
    • Oversee the preparation of reports.
    • Respond to employee questions and complaints.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
    • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
    • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
    • Oversee payroll administration.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
    • Conduct research.
    • Perform data entry.
    • Provide customer service.
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
    • Supervise office and volunteer staff.
    • Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs.
  • Requirements:
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
