We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at CF Markville. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring visual standards, and building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Motivate sales team to achieve sales targets through effective leadership and coaching.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve in-store sales and customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive business growth.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure all positions are filled and team members are properly trained.
- 5+ years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make business-critical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and goal-oriented individual with a passion for fashion and sports retail.
