Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail store environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 44 hours per week.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel: Own transportation.
