Job Summary

VIP Pre-Cast Concrete Ltd is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to oversee the production and quality of our concrete products. The successful candidate will have experience in supervising workers and projects, as well as coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Prepare production reports, estimate costs and materials, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise workers, train or arrange for training, and recommend personnel actions.
  • Project Coordination: Co-ordinate and schedule activities, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, and read blueprints and drawings.
  • Personnel Management: Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliability, team player.
Work Environment

40 hours per week, permanent position, work language: English.
