Job Title: Concrete Finishing Supervisor

VIP Pre-Cast Concrete Ltd is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process of our concrete products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete finishing teams to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of concrete finishing processes and materials.
