Office Operations Manager

At Pro Tax Block Corp., we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures;
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Carrying out administrative activities, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation;
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
