Operations and Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Operations and Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, forward messages, and screen emails.
- Distribute and process mail and packages.
- Restock snacks and office supplies and manage inventory.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Provide administrative support, including copying, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Assist with overflow tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
