About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Portfolio Manager to join our team at Banque Nationale. As an Associate Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in delivering top-notch investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist financial advisors in delivering high-quality client service and meeting client needs.
  • Perform routine financial transactions, such as buying and selling securities, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Process client deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze and maintain client files, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate records.
  • Produce portfolio management reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage client administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as banking, finance, or investment management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
