Position Overview
As a Wealth Management Team Leader, you will hold a pivotal advisory position, guiding financial advisors within your sector. This role is designed to enhance your business relationships, foster your entrepreneurial spirit, and leverage your leadership capabilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Champion the bank's client service strategies and ensure adherence to best practices across the region.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities informed by market analysis and regional insights.
- Set ambitious earnings growth targets for the financial advisory team.
- Engage in diagnosing challenges and resolving complex issues effectively.
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of financial advisors within your team.
- Facilitate training sessions and meetings to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
- Create an environment that encourages engagement and professionalism among team members.
- Conduct regular personalized meetings with financial advisors to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
Your Team

Qualifications
- A completed bachelor's degree related to the field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a completed master's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Certification from the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF).
- Experience in portfolio management with a focus on business development.
- Proven experience in personnel management.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team.
