Position Overview

As a Financing Solutions Manager within the Commercial & Private Wealth Management sector, you will collaborate closely with commercial account managers and various internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in credit analysis to drive impactful financial solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive credit assessments in line with established standards, providing informed recommendations.
  • Structure credit proposals by identifying and mitigating risks while crafting financing scenarios tailored to client requirements and aligned with the Bank's risk parameters.
  • Work alongside the Commercial Account Manager to ascertain client financing needs.
  • Engage in negotiations regarding credit terms with Credit Risk Management, ensuring the availability of financing for the Commercial Account Manager.
  • Gather feedback from Account Managers on initial credit application drafts, refine them as necessary, and present to the RVP prior to submission to Credit Risk Management.
  • Collaborate with account representatives and Credit Risk Management to produce documentation and maintain updated client files for efficient processing of credit applications.
  • Serve as a key resource for your team on credit-related matters and assist in the professional development of team members in this domain.
  • Identify and analyze risks associated with sector activities.

Within the Commercial & Private Wealth Management sector, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting commercial clients, backed by a network of experts to provide optimal solutions.

Flexibility and Development

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or in the office, with occasional travel for client and team engagements. Our hands-on training programs will equip you with the necessary skills, while collaboration with colleagues of diverse expertise will enhance your professional growth.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6 years of experience, or a master's degree with 4 years of experience, or an undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program with 8 years of experience.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Experience in commercial credit.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and sound recommendations.
