Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex hardware platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful launch of our products.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-density, multi-layer PCBs for complex electronic systems.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and implement new product designs.
  • Work with manufacturers to build prototypes and production units.
  • Test and validate prototypes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the development and validation phases.
  • Learn, own, and document existing PCB designs.
  • Troubleshoot and fix hardware issues, improve production yield.
  • Design and validate test fixtures for device manufacturing.
  • Lead and participate in design reviews.
  • Work with external laboratories for EMC/EMI testing and safety certification.
  • Train electronics and prototyping technicians.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of experience designing circuit boards.
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with radio-frequency components and integration.
  • Knowledge of EMC/EMI testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with complex product design and commercialization.
