Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex hardware platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful launch of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-density, multi-layer PCBs for complex electronic systems.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and implement new product designs.
- Work with manufacturers to build prototypes and production units.
- Test and validate prototypes to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the development and validation phases.
- Lead and participate in design reviews.
- Work with external laboratories for EMC/EMI testing and safety certification.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of experience designing circuit boards and complex electronic systems.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with radio-frequency components and integration.
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI testing and troubleshooting.
- Experience with complex product design and commercialization.

However, as we often need laboratory equipment and great collaboration between the R&D teams is essential, the hardware designer must be able to come to the office with short notice if necessary.
