Job Title: Technical Training Coordinator

Hexagon Autonomy and Positioning (A&P) is seeking a skilled Technical Training Coordinator to develop and maintain complex technical training materials for our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver virtual learning content and programs
  • Coordinate customer training, education, and onboarding requests
  • Identify training and development needs within the Customer Support Group through regular consultation with Managers and Technical Leads
  • Develop and deliver "train the trainer" style courses to regional teams
  • Research and implement new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
  • Promote a culture of continuing professional development (CPD)
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in training and development
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and techniques
  • Experience developing self-service training materials
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and INS products
  • Experience with learning management systems
  • Experience working directly or indirectly with customers
  • Experience providing best practice courses on how to deliver engaging, informative training

As a Technical Training Coordinator, you will join a high-performing team focused on creating meaningful content to help customers self-serve, integrate, and maintain Hexagon A&P products and services efficiently.

This position is with Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division, a global technology leader, pioneering end-to-end solutions industry leaders rely on for assured positioning and autonomy on land, sea, and air.
