Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 24/7 Quality Home & Health Care Services Ltd. This is a temporary position with a guaranteed number of hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Direct daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage contracts, schedules, and appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as needed
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
