Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at BIG BLUE TRUCK CENTRE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and attention to detail
Working Conditions:
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
