Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at oNTARIO iNC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Supervise other workers
  • Train staff
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • 5-10 people supervised
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 37 hours per week
