Responsibilities
  • Seminar and Conference Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • HR Department Support: Collaborate with the HR department to guarantee alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail, supervise other workers, train staff, schedule appointments, manage contracts, and compile data and statistics.
Supervision and Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 5-10 people under supervision. The work term is flexible, and hours are approximately 37 per week. You will be working primarily in English.

We offer a competitive estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $55,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
