Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at oNTARIO iNC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all activities meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's objectives.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
  • Train staff and other workers.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Manage contracts and training and development strategies.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 37 hours per week.
