About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at AG Marketing & Development Group Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
