Corporate Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at Ally's Helping Hand Ltd. as a key member of our leadership team.
Job SummaryThe Corporate Controller will be responsible for leading the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This role will also involve planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct performance reviews and arrange training for staff
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years or more of experience
- or equivalent experience
This is a permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
