About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at POPULAR TIRES SALES & SERVICE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and develop business cases to support growth initiatives.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
  • Operations Management: Oversee regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of sales processes.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
