About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the successful candidate will provide diagnostic pulmonary function testing and sleep studies, conduct home visits for respiratory care assessments and service delivery, communicate clearly with patients to address their concerns and ensure understanding, set up equipment and apply techniques that prioritize patient comfort and safety, use independent judgment during assessments and interventions to capture and communicate critical data, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care, and maintain a clean and organized work environment and protect patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic pulmonary function testing and sleep studies
- Conduct home visits for respiratory care assessments and service delivery
- Communicate clearly with patients to address their concerns and ensure understanding
- Set up equipment and apply techniques that prioritize patient comfort and safety
- Use independent judgment during assessments and interventions to capture and communicate critical data
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and protect patient confidentiality

Requirements
- Current registration with CARTA and CSRT in good standing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a criminal record check
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
