Pulmonary Therapist

Purpose:
">We seek a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide expert care to our patients at the Advanced Respiratory Care Network. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care.
">Responsibilities:
">- Assess patient needs and develop personalized respiratory care plans
- Administer diagnostic tests and interpret results to inform patient care decisions
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote self-management and independence
Requirements:
">- Current registration with CARTA and CSRT in good standing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a criminal record check
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
Salary and Benefits:
">$79,040.00-$95,680.00 per year salary, plus bonus opportunities and overtime pay available
">A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental care, employee assistance program, extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking, paid time off, and vision care
">Working Conditions:
">Regular daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage as needed
