Camrose, Alberta, Canada Advanced Respiratory Care Network Full time $79,040 - $95,680

Advanced Respiratory Care Network is a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services, specializing in respiratory care, sleep medicine, internal medicine, cardiology, and allergy. Our mission is to set new standards in the delivery of efficient and patient-centered care.

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Alberta. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients to deliver high-quality respiratory care in both clinic settings and home care environments.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess current registration with CARTA and CSRT, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and excellent communication and multitasking skills. A clean driving record and criminal record check are also required.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic pulmonary function testing and sleep studies, conducting home visits for respiratory care assessments, and communicating clearly with patients to address their concerns and ensure understanding. You will also use independent judgment during assessments and interventions to capture and communicate critical data, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care, and maintain a clean and organized work environment while protecting patient confidentiality.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $79,040 to $95,680 per year, dependent on experience. Benefits include company car, dental care, employee assistance program, extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking, paid time off, relocation assistance, and vision care. Bonus opportunities, overtime pay, and retention bonuses are also available for after-hours on-call duties in our home care division.

Full-time, part-time, and casual positions are available in both clinic and home care settings, providing flexibility and variety in your work schedule. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional respiratory care and working in a dynamic and supportive environment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
