We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Retail Partnerships team. As the Director of Retail Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product partnership strategy across all retail products. This role will require a dynamic leader who can manage a team of partnership managers and a partner services team focused on onboarding and supporting partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a team that oversees all product integration partnerships across our retail products.
  • Identify product partnership opportunities to develop and guide our partner strategy in the retail space.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Team to develop and execute against our 'build/buy/partner' framework to accelerate our product roadmaps and build product moats for our retail business.
  • Manage results with partner companies through regular governance processes.
  • Act as a key source of knowledge and subject matter expertise on market/competitive dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams.
  • Experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners.
  • Proven record of leading a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Ability to do your job in a truly flexible environment.
