Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies that promote an inclusive workplace culture and foster a sense of belonging among all employees.

About the Role:
As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will work closely with leaders across the organization to embed diversity, equity and inclusion principles into all aspects of our business. Your expertise will be essential in creating programs that build awareness and understanding of our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and fostering an inclusive culture through the creation and support of employee resource groups. You will also have responsibility for implementing and overseeing diversity, equity and inclusion training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion strategy that aligns with our mission and values
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to embed diversity, equity and inclusion principles into all aspects of our business
- Create programs that build awareness and understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
- Foster an inclusive culture through the creation and support of employee resource groups
- Implement and oversee diversity, equity and inclusion training programs

Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences or related field
- 5 - 7 years related experience with at least 5 years in diversity and inclusion
- Proven leadership experience, including leading high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills to develop and track diversity, equity and inclusion metrics
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
