Belonging and Inclusion Specialist Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Belonging and Inclusion Specialist to join our People and Culture team. In this role, you will work closely with leaders across the organization to create programs that build awareness and understanding of our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and foster an inclusive culture through the creation and support of employee resource groups. Your expertise will be essential in implementing and overseeing diversity, equity and inclusion training programs.

About the Role:
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility in your working arrangement. Our typical hiring range will be +/- 5% of the midpoint shown above. Factors influencing this decision include qualifications and market conditions for the role. You will have access to a defined benefit pension plan and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute programs that build awareness and understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
- Foster an inclusive culture through the creation and support of employee resource groups
- Implement and oversee diversity, equity and inclusion training programs
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to embed diversity, equity and inclusion principles into all aspects of our business

Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences or related field
- 5 - 7 years related experience with at least 5 years in diversity and inclusion
- Proven leadership experience, including leading high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills to develop and track diversity, equity and inclusion metrics
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
