About the Role
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Manage chronic and communicable disease tracking and treatment, ensuring accurate documentation and effective care outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments, including vaccinations, travel medicine assessments, and other interventions as required.
  • Educate clients on healthcare needs, treatment options, and self-care techniques to empower them in their health journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BScN graduate from a recognized nursing program.
  • Active practicing registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 and CPR C certification.
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
