Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver, BC.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who can provide high-quality nursing care to assigned patients/clients by working independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary care team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care for the designated Acute Medicine patient/client group.
You will also participate in discharge planning, function as a client advocate, and teach clients and their families about illness/injury and overall health promotion and wellness.
