About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 7133081 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Payments: Handle cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, clean the counter area, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with Self-Checkout: Help customers with self-checkout, verify age for restricted products, and provide assistance as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
