About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on merchandise and services.
  • Sales Transactions: Operate cash registers, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise, maintaining visual displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, processing orders, and re-stocking shelves as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Language: Fluency in English.
