About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 10064519 Manitoba Ltd (O/A Shell Canada). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on merchandise and services.
  • Sales Transactions: Operate cash registers, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Merchandise Preparation: Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, and ensure that displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, and re-ordering systems to ensure that stock is always available.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods, and combining sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
