About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 10064519 Manitoba Ltd (O/A Shell Canada). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on merchandise and services.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with sales transactions, including operating cash registers and processing payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate sales records and assist with inventory control.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist with the display and presentation of merchandise to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
