Job SummaryWe're seeking a Territory Manager in Training to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for developing long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations to maintain and grow sales in your territory.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their formwork needs.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to develop efficient forming solutions for customers.
- Coordinate shipments and provide exceptional customer service.
- Travel up to 75% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of general business and sales processes a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Bilingual capabilities a plus.
