Job Summary

We're seeking a Territory Manager in Training to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for developing long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations to drive sales growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their formwork needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to develop efficient forming solutions for customers.
  • Coordinate shipments and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of general business and sales processes a plus.
  • Excellent communication and mechanical aptitude skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and draft experience a plus.
  • Bilingual capabilities a plus.
