Job Summary

OlympicConstruction Ltd is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized office environment.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to team members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
Work Environment

OlympicConstruction Ltd is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
