Job Summary

OlympicConstruction Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and ensure timely completion.
  • Communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and maintain open communication with staff.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
